To help protect your data, HostMySite performs daily backups for your Virtual Private Server (VPS). Every day, an incremental backup is performed that contains all data that changed from the previous day. Then, once a week, a full backup of your server is performed that will capture all of the data on your VPS regardless of whether it has recently changed or not. This backup process repeats weekly and allows HostMySite to recover a single page or your entire VPS if you should ever need or request this service.
