Krengel Technology is a software development, online marketing and professional services organization. We have been in business for 12 years. We initially chose HostMySite.com because of their Application Level support. We look at their Dedicated Server team as an extension of our support personnel. We have a great relationship with HostMySite.com, and part of what we need to do business is having their trained people available to aide. It is our responsibility to document issues communicated from our clients and possibly escalate the problem to HostMySite.com so we can partner with them to provide a resolution.

Other hosting companies simply couldn't provide everything we needed. They support many things we are involved with: Ruby on Rails, ColdFusion, PHP, SQL Server, and they provide support all the way up. Our customers just want things to work, and we can really leverage HostMySite.com's support to our customers.

Any problems we encounter are proactively followed up on; we guard their time and they guard ours. We have been able to maintain a high level of up time with our sites, and we will continue to work with HostMySite.com as much as we can. They do an excellent job, are tenacious, and have an attention to detail that makes conducting business easier for us.
